  • Assisted in the sale of a Michigan based durable medical supply company to a Boston based venture capital company.
  • Represented many sellers and purchasers relative to their professional medical and dental practices.
  • Engaged to handle tax and related accounting issues surrounding ownership of a professional football team.
  • Involved in the acquisition of a national brand toy train company and its related assets from a Fortune 500 company and subsequent operations in Michigan.
